Horizons Week 2016: Thailand Community Service – Parents Information Evening
Dear Parents/Guardians,
On the evening of Thursday 8 September, a parent information session will be held in the library, from 5.30pm – 6.30pm, for parents whose children are attending Thailand Community Service for this year’s Horizons Week.
We recommend that you attend the evening as the three leaders, John Mason, Annette Leone and Ben Walker, will share important information about Thailand Community Service 2016.
There is no need for your child to attend the meeting as we will discuss all relevant elements with them during our planning sessions, which are scheduled throughout the term leading up to the trip.
On arrival at WIS, please sign in at the entrance foyer on the 6th floor, take a visitors badge and make your way to the library.
The evening is a great chance to find out about the trip, community projects and answer any questions you might have.
