ISSF Swim Gala

An excellent start to the swim season as all eight WIS teams performed well at the ISSF Swim Gala this week. Some swimmers obtained PB’s and others were able to set targets for the coming season.

Well done to the new ‘generation’ – the Year 7’s, who represented WIS for the first time.

Next swim meet is at WIS on September 8, 3.30pm – 4.30pm.

Training sessions:

Mon: 2pm – 3.30pm
Tue: Fri 7am – 8am
Thu:  1.20pm – 2pm
Tue/Thu/Friday: 3.20pm – 4.30pm
