Presenting: The 6 Semi Finalists for Junior WIS Chef 2017

The WIS Chef Junior Quarter Finals got under way on Tuesday with 15 pairs fighting it our for 6 spots in the semi finals in April. From 3.30pm until 5.30pm, the chefs did not stop, crafting their dishes with some incredible efforts including home made tortellini, truffle pasta, a pizza pie, home made dumplings, lots of chicken, home made pesto, udon noodles and a hearty tuna bake. It really was a sweltering evening of cooking.

A fantastic effort by all competitors. A film of the Quarter Finals will be released shortly for all to enjoy.
