Cheung Chau Wave Art Festival 2017

Cheung Chau WAVE is a local festival to showcase all work by artists from Cheung Chau, Hong Kong and all around the world.

This annual festival showcases all art forms including paintings, drawings, photography, music and dance performances as well as poetry, sounds and language experiences. It is a community project run only by volunteers which aims to showcase the island’s culture with the local themes.

This year’s theme is “Life by the Water”, the works will all more or less incorporate this theme.

Come along to this biggest small festival on Cheung Chau Island to support the artists which include current and past WIS students! All kids enter free.
