Diwali Ball: Order your tickets now!

WIS’s most popular event – The Diwali Ball, is only a few weeks away now! We have few tickets left still, so grab yours before they sell out!
You can order your Diwali Ball tickets through the Parent Gateway. Please log into your Gateway account to view a pop-up message prompting you about an eNotice. This year’s Diwali Ball, ‘Diwali Dhamaka’ will take place on two nights: Tuesday 23 October and Wednesday 24 October from 6pm – 9.30pm in the WIS auditorium. Dinner is included in the ticket prices.
Audience tickets are priced at $200 for adults and $180 for students. You do not need to order a ticket for your child if they are in the show. We will invoice parents later for this; $150 for each performer, inclusive of dinner both nights.
As there are 350 students in the show and only 760 seats available in total for both performances, we have limited the tickets to 4 per family to make sure it is fair and ensure that all students in the show will be able to have their families attend. Any spare seats will be allocated on the basis of the waiting list in order of time the PAYMENT was made. You may not get all the waitlist tickets you have requested as, once again we want to make this as fair as possible.
Seats will be allocated on a first paid, first seated basis. This is based on the actual payment being made not the time you fill in the order form.
Please complete the form on Gateway once and for one night only – multiple orders will be disregarded.
Once you receive your invoice, you should settle it as soon as possible via the school’s ePayment system. Delay in payment may mean you miss out on a seat.
Please ensure your child’s outstanding ePayments are cleared before paying for Diwali Ball tickets. As per school policy, any payment made will be allocated to outstanding invoices as it has a higher priority.
Please note that we anticipate the show will sell out in a matter of hours so please be swift with your orders. The Gateway enotice form will close on Friday 5 October.
