Elf warms our hearts with a magical performance!
I’m singing………. I’m in a fantastic Musical and I’m singing…………4 Buddies, three Jovies, two Walters and a whole gaggle of Elves! West Island School’s “ELF-The Musical” had a super successful showcase, enthralling the audiences for two days – Ded 6 and 7 last week!
The Musical shone a festive light on all that is good about Christmas and humanity. A story as old as time of the adversities we face and how, with positivity and belief, we can work together to overcome anything.
This magical production was a true celebration of hard work, creativity and personal journey both on and off the stage. Presented by Circle in the Water, the performance arm of the Creative Arts faculty at WIS, this year’s production filled with an amazing cast of over 200 students taking roles as actors, musicians, costume and set designers, was a true reflection of all that is community!
Thanks to all who contributed, supported and enjoyed the sleigh bells ringing, snow falling and smiles shared.
In the words of Buddy the Elf, “Does somebody need a hug?”
