Equestrian Team at HKEF Challenge

The first heat for the HKEF Inter-School Equestrian Challenge for the higher division took place on Wednesday 24 February at Tuen Mun Public Riding school. WIS were up against 3 other schools in the competition. Each rider competed in showjumping (a series of jumps up to 80cm) and a dressage test, on horses picked by HKEF from a draw.

Upper school students, Lee Phillips placed second in showjumping and Xaviera Artaza placed second in dressage.

Neither the cold nor the unpredictable horses could distract our WIS team from an excellent performance. Congratulations to the whole team!
