ESF Chef Finals at WIS

On Friday 17 May, West Island School hosted the ESF Finals which bought together the best chefs across all ESF Secondary Schools. The theme of the event was “Showstoppers” and without a doubt, all our chefs pulled out all the stops to show off their great skills and creativity.

Our thanks to our esteemed judging panel: Mr Philippe Moriau (Chef 22 North), Mr. Brett Carter (Australia MasterChef Quarter Finalist), Mr Gregoire Michaud (Chef BreadElements), Mr Aaron Gillespie (22Ships) and Ms Belinda Greer (ESF CEO).

While KGV took top spots in both the Junior and Senior categories, our own WIS Chefs did well too. William Tiang & Aurelien Toucas place second in the Junior Category and James Liang placed third in the Senior Category.
