Friday Fitness Students Display Tenacity

Formed as a way to encourage personal workouts on Friday morning, Mr Madden and Mr Harding decided to form the Friday Fitness club. It was then opened up to students to join with limited advertising or encouragement. Very quickly, the club gained 10-15 regular students who now attend the club every Friday morning at 7am and do a good hard work out which also includes a morning swim too.
We want commend these students for their effort, dedication and willingness to attend early morning sessions to develop their own fitness and health.
We all know how hard it is to get up in the morning and they are doing it for fun. Well done to the Friday Fitness students!
