Han and Ming Bling Bake Off – Round 4

A huge thank you to all the bakers who took part in the Han and Ming Bling Bake Off Round 4. It was a tough round with some phenomenal efforts. The standard just keeps getting higher and we quite possibly had the fastest cake selling time in the history of WIS Bake Off times; all cakes sold within 8 minutes and raising more than 3,500HKD for our school charities, Crossroads (Han) and Food Angel (Ming).

All participants will receive a certificate, a WIS Bake Off Championship Point and a CAS Credit. Podium Finishers will earn additional points to go towards their Championship points score.

Well done to all, and do not forget, extra points can be earnt with home blogging and recordings of your efforts at home. It can make ALL the difference.
