‘Kings of the Concrete’ returns to WIS
The Kings of the Concrete Volleyball competition took place at West Island School on Saturday 12 January 2019, returning after it’s first year since the move from Island School in 2017.
Over 50 students across local and international school took part in this 4-a-side competition with some fantastic displays of team work and individual skills. WIS alumni returned to their old spiking grounds and it was great to see them again.
A great day of volleyball in the Sports Hall played in a fantastic atmosphere! A big thank you to Jimson Lam and 852 for co-leading the organisation and running of the event and supplying the medals for the competition!
Well done to all the WIS teams that entered. The competition will again take place at the end of the year and we hope to see all the teams and alumni return for more digging, setting and spiking fun!
