Little Indians & Vidya – Empowerment through Education Upcoming Show

Young students from WIS and Kennedy School who are a part of a local informal group called Little Indians are looking to raise awareness toward the education of the slum children in India.

Vidya – Empowerment through Education is an effort of Little Indians and the group is organising a production on Saturday 18 May from 4:45pm-6:15pm at the West Island School Auditorium. The show is a journey around India,  that includes the depiction of the Ramayana in a play along with song and dance!

The group look to raise funds for Angelxpress to support education and a better life for a 100 children from the slums of Mumbai, in an attempt to raise awareness and understand the needs of these children who are less privileged than us.
