Parent Volunteers for Year 11 Mock Job Interviews
Dear Parents,
The Learning for Life department will be holding mock job interviews for our Year 11s and we are looking for a wide selection of interviewers to give our Year 11s the opportunity to develop their interview techniques.
The interviews will take place on the following dates:
11 HMQ, 12.15 – 1.20pm on the 27th October.
11 STY, 2.10 – 3.15 on the 2nd of November.
We are looking for around 12 parents for each date and we would need from you:
- An hour of your time
- To ask students the provided interview questions
- Press record on the video camera (technical support available)
- Fill in a generic feedback form
Although not essential, we would be interested to know if you have had experience in the following fields:
- Communications (particularly HR)
- Hospitality
- Non-profit
- Creative Art and Design
- Retail
- Leisure, Sport and Tourism
- Admin/Clerical
- Health and Medical
We are always looking to develop our Learning for Life pathways programme so if could you also indicate if you would be happy for us to get in touch with you regarding other career related events, it would be greatly appreciated.
