Think Pink at WIS this week!
The West Island School Breast Cancer Awareness Week 2018, kicks into action today, and will go on till Friday 9 November. Popularly known as the ‘Pink Week’, 
we will celebrate all things Pink to support the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF), and promote awareness about breast cancer through a series of activities scheduled on November 9 that include –
- DRESS PINK non-uniform day ($20 donation)
- Pink Bake Sale (as part of the Inter Dynasty Bake-Off competition)
- Pink Mini Triathlon, and much more!
Students and parents are called upon to send in their pink baked goodies for the ID Bake-Off competition on Friday 9 November. Students can enter the ID Bake-Off or just contribute to the bake sale. Please follow the links below to sign up for the activities:
All proceeds will go to the HKBCF to fund research, and support those in our community. We believe that as a committed community we will be able to raise enough funds to make a real difference in the breast cancer society. Last year we raised an incredible amount, and are confident that we can better that this year! So get the Pink ready and participate wholeheartedly!
