Principal’s Message

Dear Parents, Staff, Students and Friends of WIS,

My message is short and hopefully sweet this week as we will be enjoying watching the students compete in the swim gala today. After being placed first at the ESF Swimming Championships for A, B and C grade, we have plenty to celebrate already. I hope to see parents joining in the fun and I can’t think of a better way to begin the weekend.

Big shout out to Cindy Yang who has been awarded commendation for her outstanding performance on the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying test last year – amazing to be ranked so high in the world. Well done!

Quick reminder that the deadline to mail in or place your Techni Photo orders online is Monday 7 October. The deadline will not be extended past this date.

Finally, all teaching staff will be partaking in an ESF wide Continuous Professional Development day on Monday 30 October and Tuesday 1 October is a public holiday. School will resume as normal on Wednesday 2 October.
