Raag Kapur Wins Bert Oldfield Shield

WIS’ ace cricketer, Raag Kapur was featured heavily in the press during the summer after he went on to make history by becoming the first Hong Kong Cricket Club Junior Cricketer to win the Bert Oldfield Shield for club player of the year. He received the award for being the best Junior and Senior player of the club, an instance which has never occurred in the clubs 150-year history.

Additionally, we also recently learned that Raag is the only child from the ESF community who plays for the National Team – another superb achievement!

We congratulate him on his many achievements; we are sure we will hear about many more cricketing feats from him during the school year.
