The school development plan is the strategic plan for the school for each upcoming year and sits within a three year strategic vision. It incorporates areas of teaching and learning development, student development, staff development, curriculum development, communications development and facilities improvement. The plan is devised with input from staff, parents and student feedback and/or surveys and other data. It takes into account external evaluation in responding to commendations and recommendations such as the Council of International Schools who have accredited the school, as well as the ESF strategic educational plan published on the ESF website. The document is dynamic and responds annually to the above. Faculties and school teams respond to the plan by forming their own development documents to dovetail with the overarching whole school focuses.
