Special Mention: Coleman Chui

Coleman Chui, one of the Year 7 Semi-Finalists of the WIS Masterchef Competition has always been passionate about food. His dreams are to become a chef in the future. Although he did not make it to the final, he returned home, not deflated, but energised to try again. He is determined to realise his dream and keep practising. Following the dessert round, he tried again the next day and has produced a tasty looking brownie pile with raspberry coulis. Coleman is to be admired; not only for his resilience, but also for his compassion and desire to educate Hong Kong about better food choices and education. He is part of the Food Revolution.
