Student Health Service Appointment Letters

Appointment letters for all students who submitted applications for the Student Health Service earlier in the year have now been handed out to tutors for distribution.

If your child has not received their letter or if you could like to reschedule your child’s appointment, please contact the Student Health Service directly at 2547 0766 or 2540 8075.

Please note: the latest date for an annual health assessment for the 2016/2017 school year is October 31 2017.
