WIS Are ISSFHK Cross Country Champions!

The WIS ISSFHK cross country squad took to their last race of the running season with a full allocation of runners across all age groups.

Following a very successful and highly committed season of training and mini meets (not to forget the HKSSF Fanling Champs) the runners approached the races at the ISSFHK Championships with confidence. There were some fantastic individual performances with special mention to our top podium placers: Barnaby Tibbatts winning the U12 boys, Lila Man U12 girls champion, Sela Caldwell 3rd place U14 girls and Amy Tao 3rd in the U20 girls.

The results highlighted the strength and depth of the WIS teams as WIS place top 3 in each team age group category: U14 girls, U20 girls the U20 boys 1st place.

The U12 girls, U16 girls and U16 boys were 2nd and the U12 boys were 3rd.

All age group results were combined and both the WIS boys and girls cross country teams were crowned champions aswell as overall school’s champion The entire squad should be very proud of their accomplishments this year.
