WIS at Dragon Maths 2017

Dragon Maths 2017 took place on Wednesday 8 March at German Swiss International School with WIS being represented by sixteen of our top mathematicians from Years 8 and 9.

Students across 24 international schools in Hong Kong took part in the contest. The competition comprised of an energetic 45 minute round where students worked in teams of four to solve as many maths problems correctly as possible.

It was a terrific morning and we would like to thank GSIS for hosting this year.

Well done to all the students who represented WIS. They showed so much passion and concentration.

Finally we would like to thank Zarah Tesfai in Year 13 for coaching and preparing our young competitors.
