WIS B Grade Basketball Team Wrap Up Season in Style

The reigning ESF B Grade Basketball champions, represented WIS in the Division 2 HKSSF league against some excellent teams this season and made their way to the semi-finals for the 2nd time in 3 years. The team took on very good opposition in the shape of Yu Chun Keung-2 for a place in the final. Unfortunately, despite a rallying comeback, the team narrowly lost 32-29 in a gut-wrenching defeat. However, the team bounced back with vigour, exuding real tenacity and determination to represent their school and themselves with a fantastically controlled performance vs SKH Tang Shui Kin. The boys won 32-24 in the 3rd/4th place playoff at Smithfield Sports Centre to the delirium of their two supporting fans. A wonderful season finale for a superb team justly rewarded with more medals to add to their burgeoning trophy cabinet.
