WIS Chef 2018
An overwhelming response to this year’s WIS Chef 2018, with budding chefs creating magical pasta creations and high tea fit for a 5 star restaurant. We have been fortunate to have as one of our judges Brett Carter, a MasterChef Australia Semi Finalist, and he has very high standards and is not the easiest chef to please! It has been an intense couple of Thursday afternoons and after much tasting and discussions, we now have five pairs going forward to the WIS Chef 2018 Final taking place on 19 April.

Wish them all the best in their preparations (a two course meal for the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong). The WIS Chef Winners will then go onto represent West Island at the ESF Chef Championships in May.
