WIS Chef Finals
The finale of WIS Chef 2019 took place on 20 March with three Junior teams and two Seniors participating. The two-hour long event tasked students with cooking two dishes – Main course with Pork as an ingredient and a dessert of their choice.
The competition was quite intense with students putting in their best efforts in all fields. Our interesting panel of judges for the finale included Mrs Murchie, Ms Carey and Ms Revans along with our input. The finalists were judged based on presentation, taste & texture.
We are proud to announce the WIS Chef 2019 winners:
Aurelien Toucas (8Q2) & William Tiang (8Q2) – First Place (Juniors)
Gayathri Eyunni (9Y1) & Kamakshi Bhavnani (9Y1) – Second Place (Juniors)
Dhruv Deva (7H2) & Anshul Kumar (7H2) – Third Place (Juniors)

We are very happy being associated with WIS Chef: the sheer number of participants and the excitement it has generated along with excellent results. We would like to thank all participants for their enthusiastic response to the WIS Chef Annual event and a special shout out to Food Tech team (Ms Revans and Ms Helen Lai) for hosting it and making sure everything went smoothly.
