WIS Chef Senior Quarter Finals

Another round of chefs battled it out this Tuesday under the eagle eye of Brett Carter, a quarter finalist of the Australian Masterchef series. From homemade gnocchi, fresh mussels, red wine reductions to cannelloni, spaghetti bolognese, tortellini, ramen and grilled sea salt crusted salmon. It was a tough time judging; all competitors worked hard during the 90 minutes of preparation, cooking, plating and cleaning.
