West Island School’s Senior Riders Jade Leshetz and Hannalore Beijerbergen, took part in yet another Showjumping Heat in preparation for the HKEF competitions beginning in March.

Both girls chose to jump at the highest level of 60-70 cm pushing themselves to their limits and approached the event with their usual enthusiasm, preparation and focus.

On this particular day no awards were presented to any of the riders from all of the schools present. However, any rider who cleared the field without knocking down any of the barriers was given a Rosette. On this occasion, I am very pleased to announce that Jade was our Rosette winner!
