WIS Equestrian Team Places First

On Wednesday, January 20, the WIS Equestrian Team (Higher Division) braved a windy, rainy, cold afternoon to compete in an Inter-School show jumping competition held at Tuen Mun Riding School. The team competed against seven international and ESF schools.

Jade Leshetz, Soha Kabbaj, Lee Phillips and Xaviera Artaza all faced challenges riding in showers with disobedient horses, but the WIS team claimed topped the competition and placed first overall.

Congrations to Soha on placing 1st and Lee on placing 3rd.

Marco Wilson competed as an ‘individual rider’ in the lower division and came in 4th.
