WIS Alumni – Jon Cheah – Receive HKSES Award

Huge congratulations to Jon Cheah (Class of 2018) who received the award as a scholar of the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme (HKSES) awardeed on 23 August 2018.

It was a great honour for Jon to be selected as one of the 83 awardees out of the total 789 applicants in the HKSES 2018/19, of which the recognition to Jon’s achievements in both academic and non-academic is rewarding and motivating.

With this award, Jon will receive the financial support and the networking opportunities from the HKSAR Government for his studies in Master of Mathematics at the University of Warwick.
