Reading is….
…something that brought me and my best friend together. Something that saves some people’s lives. If it never existed the entire course of history might change. feel a sense of belonging. I can’t imagine life without it. It gives a real sense of belonging…I cannot imagine life without it.
…a magic key that can take you anywhere you want to go.
…getting lost in a great piece of writing. Reading is not just a book, there are so many other things to let your imagination run free into that still involve reading. Reading is a great way to calm yourself and relax. You can read wherever whenever.
…calming, exciting, emotional, enjoyable and interesting.
…the vehicle of the mind. It can transport you to any place you would like to go, within just a few seconds. Once you fall into a book, you are in a new world, where anything is possible. My cake reminds us of just how far our imagination can stretch. The layers of my cake vary in texture and taste, showing that all books are different, but all transport you to new worlds. Remember, the sky isn’t the limit….. the universe is!
Well done everyone!
